Rina : Hay, Weni. Long time no see. How is your bussiness development ?

Weni : Hay, Rina. Nice too see you here. Yeah, my boutique is blooming now and have many customer.

Rina : What are you doing in developing the bussiness ?

Weni : Just keep the trust of customers and of course, make an interesting design of collection.

Rina : And then, how do you choose a competent employee, especially tailor?

Weni : I’m always looking for peope who have an experience or those who have actually talent and ussualy I test them with the sewing patterns are available and then see the results of the seams.

Rina : Oh. You look so thorough.

Weni : No matter. So, how about you, what is your busyness now ?

Rina : I’m pursue bussiness of gardening such as fruit and vegetables. Sometime ago my company was having problems.

Weni : What’s problem ? and how do you handle it ?

Rina : My company is experiencing so much stock of fruits and vegetables rotting in the warehouses and cannot be sold until the company suffered considerable losses.

Weni : It’s  so bad. how do you handle it ?

Rina : I changed its marketing strategy, after glancing at the Asian markets to export results of plantations. The economy in Asia is much more stable than Europe wich being hit by the global crisis, and I'm trying to market their own products by establishing the company's flagship super market on its own. So the company is not waiting for a request from supplayer but the company could be directly related to the custemer without going through agency, the company is also able to manage the agricultural output in the form of certain products such as beverage products. Hmm.. How about Vita’ salons development ?

Weni: Vita said their salons started to demand and now has many customers, he also was having problems in employeement, then he resolve it by giving training to every new employee.

Rina: Actually, it's true that every success there is always a test.

Weni: Everything happens for a reason, girl.

Rina: Thats right. Where will we go ?

Weni : Accompany me to chanel shop. I wanna buy something for someone.

Rina: Who is that?

Weni: The special one. Hmm.. Vita said, “good job and congratulation for your bussiness”
